The Industrial Plant is situated in La Paz, Canelones,
20 kms from Montevideo Port and stretches over
an area of 20,000 m2, which comprises 6,000 m2 of its buildings. In response to strong consumer demand, said plant has a capacity to slaughter 450 bovine cattle and 2.500 ovine cattle per day.
